+1 - It seems very much out of sorts. Before departure on the ground, the pax in 1A asked the FA, and I clearly heard FA reply that there was no Gogo on this flight, and they had made similar announcement in the boarding area (that I did not hear as I boarded near the beginning)

Just because the plane has the system doesn't mean it works all the time. Probably had some issue with the system, and it's not big enough deal to cancel the flight.
