TLV0130 0500LON
The 5pm potential departure from LON is excellent. The question is, how viable is the 1am departure from TLV?
5pm departure from LON is as late as it'll get, as there are no departures allowed from TLV after 1:40 am.
BTW, LY has a 1530 departure from LHR during the summers (changes to 1420 in the winter).
EDIT: giving the matter a second though, I actually think this will work, especially for BA, as the 5pm LON departure is well timed for west-coast US connections. Much better than BA167. The 1:30am TLV departure may also work as it gives a full working day in LON.
