What I don't like about the Hilton in the airport is the lack of "fresh air".

I second Fanjet's opinion. Frankfurt is a pretty quiet, business-oriented city -- you're not going to find a lot worth doing on the Sunday before Christmas. Catch up so you can enjoy the holidays when you get home.
