That doesn't work for some people.
It's amazing the lack of tolerance or understanding that some people show
I managed to lose over 20kg at the same time as stopping regular trips to the gym and going out signfiicantly more often by just changing my diet. I assume this is going to be much better understood in 5-10 years or so.
