I wonder whether I am still eligible for the 24 hour flexible booking policy and can get a refund under the following scenario: book the ticket at 9pm on Oct 22th and go to airport in the morning of Oct 23rd. After checking in and pass the security checking point, then decide that I am going to take the flight and leave the airport. Can I still request the refund ?
