Good luck with it!

I am on Paleo at the moment (well 85-90% Paleo, the rest normal) which is the caveman diet - No grains (so no bread/wheat etc), no potatoes, no dairy - just meat, eggs, fruits, nuts, seeds and veggies. Nightmare, think will struggle on flights or might just have to lapse for a few hours!
