I'd be pissed.
I haven't experience this, but it seems reasonable to expect one's room to be urine free at any hotel, let alone a St. Regis. Knowing how much F&B $ you were credited may play into whether people think you were justly compensated already, but if you feel you weren't, I'd contact customer care.
