The OP wants this view. He didn't say he want a view of HK from the Kowloon side. The GH has the closest view to this than any hotel on the Kowloon side.
I took it to mean that the OP was hoping to get a view similar to the picture that he went to the trouble to post.
As a frequent guest at the GH (which I love), I can confirm that the view is not the same at all. Sure you're looking at the same water and some of the same buildings, but you don't get to see both sides of the harbour at the same time. Seemingly,
any waterfront hotel on Kowloon side would suit him better, even the aged Sheraton.
