My husband and I both got up-graded on 12th oct from Y to J at check-in. Was told they had sent out emails and cost was £400 (i never received email), funny how she also commented 20+ upgrades were allocated at check-in , many of them families. We were also up-graded on return flight on 19th. Very happy EK flier
