+3 for VIE. Either the Marriott or the Rennaissance Imperial Riding School. You want the club side if you stay at IRS; the lounge is quite nice. The Marriott has a better location but the IRS isn't far from the Ring, so whichever you can get for decent rate or points is the one I'd go w/.
