Hi!

In a few weeks I'm flying JER-LGW/LHR-FCO in Club (both eveing flights). I'm currently on the Atkins (it's working wonders!) which means no carbs and no sugar (so no fruit).

What would be the special meal option most likely to be low in carbs, or am I just going to have to self cater? My feeling at the moment is to request a seafood meal...

I know I should be able to get some salad and stuff in the LHR lounge, but I'm guessing the JER lounge only stocks pre-packaged long life carby wonders.
