Messing with the terms of the SWUs or instituting a minimum spend requirement ala DL. Other things, like raising miles required for an award, would be irritating but wouldn't be a "last straw".
Just to play devil's advocate...where would you go if you did leave? All the other legacy airlines have a spending requirement for status.
