Nobody has apologized for anything. This is about the simple fact that IHG says it "sent" the points and the carrier saying that it didn't "receive" them. Nobody here, including OP, knows the truth.

Now, OP wants IHG to do more than what it says it has already done and have used language which is inappropriate to the issue at hand. If OP wants to get something off his chest, he's done the right thing. If he wants a positive resolution, he hasn't. It's that simple.
