There's some very bizarre algorithm at work here. Sometimes it fails to work with any cards, no matter how many things I change. Then, with the same info, it starts working again. I've had it work a few times in a row with the same exact email and CC (so it's not strictly limited to just one per), then stop working. Changing the CC without changing the email, or anything else, worked at least once or twice.
