I found one of the two boarding passes. It states in the comment field "LNGE FQTV LH" but no number, I guess that has to do something with FQTV.

Does NZ not print the FQTV number on the boarding pass? What does the LNGE mean?

I have made four flights in J recently across the tasman, one return was booked thought the VA site and the other from NZ direct, on one occasion my FQTV number was on the boarding passes and the others occasion it was not on the boarding passes.

I had to retro claim all flights as SC's or points were not credited to my VA account. In fact it was a 30 day process for the first retro claim and I am still awaiting my second retro claim.

I called the VA call centre and they have said it is a problem with NZ. Very frustrating.
