There are not that many hotels concentrated in "downtown" Frankfurt. As most in the city tend to be clustered next to the Frankfurt Messe complex. As for the airport, there are now a few directly on the airport property, including a Hilton Garden Inn and Sheraton. For a 10am international flight, I'd personally stay at the airport where I could walk to the terminal.
