Amex Platinum Canada 200$ credit
Hi,

Sorry if this is a repost, but couldn't find anything for the AMEX for Canada.

For the 200$, do I just reserve any hotel (they didn't bill yet) and then call AMEX to get the 200$ credit so I can cancel the reservation and I'll still get 200$ credit?

Or the hotel have to charge it, then call to get the credit and then call the hotel to cancel.

Some website like expedia, don't allow cancellation.
