IHGCare now as poor as their service center...how to escalate now?
I changed my earning preference from points to miles in early August. The miles haven't credited to my airline account for my 6 stays since. So, I emailed IHGCare. Their comments are shown <<...>> & my responses back to them are below. Is there any hotel program whose service is worse than IHG?

I have waited more than 10 weeks before contacting you.

The airline tells me that they have not received any miles for my account from IHG.

This does not appear to be so as you didn’t bother to understand my email & haven’t done anything to justify your self serving misstatement.

IHG’s Service Center always fobs me off, just as you are doing now. Every time I have shown to be correct & your service center wrong.
Your response is miserably inadequate. This issue is with IHG & I request that you address it properly.
