There are currently some cheap(ish) fares SFO->HNL->GUM->HKG and back and am thinking about doing "3 perfect days" w/ Mrs. Jet'Dillo, picking up a nice slice of extra PQMs along the way.
We're being shown a 35-40 minute connection time at either end and are planning travelling carryon-only.
It sounds like GUM is small enough that they know who's coming/going and who's going to be late, but I'm hoping to get some recent intelligence on transiting through GUM.

My flight on Oct 15th last Tuesday: HNL - GUM - HKG
It took me less than ten minutes offload from the HNL UA201 [arr 5:59pm] at Gate 8 to my next flight GUM-HKG UA147 at Gate 15 which was scheduled to leave @6:40pm. Yes, it is a short walk in such a small airport. I even had time to go to the UC for a short pit stop which was on my way to the UA147 gate. For transit folks, there is no document check or immigration stop. Just need to walk from the arrival gate to the departure gate which both are in the same terminal.
