BTW after the FCO travel advice had been ramped-up BA invoked a commercial policy for pax holding tickets booked before that date that enabled re-booking to a future date FOC or use of the ticket value to book a flight to a different destination. If you didn't know where or when you wanted to go they would cancel the flights then hold the value against the PNR to be used later, within the validity of the ticket.
