FQTV on boarding pass

Hi there,

I got a question to the NZ experts... I had a couple of flights on NZ recently... I gave my Miles and More number to the travel agent and I saw it on their receipt.
However checked in for 2 flights my Miles and More number was not on the boarding pass, so I went up to the gate asked them to put the number into the system, the miles were credited all right.

Then on the way back I did not care at the the gate because I thought its in the system now. However, two weeks after the flights they are not credited.
I found one of the two boarding passes. It states in the comment field "LNGE FQTV LH" but no number, I guess that has to do something with FQTV. Same line but all to the right it states "LH*G" which represents the FQTS field?
All flights were J or C so 200% accrual.
Anyone an idea what all this means? Does it mean the FQTV number was stored properly? For a return ticked with 4 flights, would it be enough to show the card once for all flights? Does NZ not print the FQTV number on the boarding pass? What does the LNGE mean?

Thank you and best regards

Christian
