You are correct I did not understand. I didn't know I had 2 accounts and 2 numbers. I assumed my card number was my account number. Both times I had the Citi Business card I only remember 1 showing up on my online sign in and it was the same as my card number, I think.... Anyway, I will call citi and see if this is the problem.
