It's about a 10 minute taxi or 25 minuite bus ride. Inquire at the one of the Macau ferry desks at the airport and they can help you with directions if you want to walk and you can purchase your ferry tickets at the same time.

Make sure you book the proper ferry: Hong Kong Island or the China Ferry Terminal in Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon
