It is the AKL->SYD leg of the flight.

What is frustrating is that there is another Virgin Australia flight that offers AKL to SYD in business that departs just one hour later, but they told me there is no award availability on that flight.

DL's CoC is not encouraging.

aviatorzz, are you suggesting that all is lost?
