I just booked ICN-KUL and SIN-ICN via Vietnam with VN for a Christmas vacation on Tuesday. I called the domestic English Korea number, which I presume means I went to Singapore.

They did it quickly and promptly. No nonsense, extra steps or confusion.

Now the real question:

How is VN when you're spoiled by KE?
