This is pathetic!

I've tried calling AC a couple of times to book seats for a booking made through UA but I don't want to wait 30 minutes.

When I did a couple of mini RTW's and had to call LH, LX, TG, OZ, SQ and UA to book seats I didn't wait more than 1 minute to get someone, yet with AC I have to wait at least 30 minutes. Can someone explain how this is a 4 star airline? They should be happy as a 3 star airline.

I'm amazed they manage to keep their a/c in the sky - they cut corners everywhere else.
