Nope, EK does not have a single one in all-eco config. They had plans for a high density configuration, not for use on Pakistan and Philippines though. It was intended India services, which is where the majority of the cheap labour comes from, until the Indian authorities decided they didn't much fancy including the A380 on the bilateral. But it was never intended to be all-eco, albeit the seating would be for upwards of 600.

650 pax on an A380 still provides more space, per passenger, than 400 on a 747.
