Please follow the instructions in the above-mentioned tip on the CrossOver website or contact CrossOver support for assistance, since this an issue with the CrossOver system and not the KVS Tool itself.
I have tried the tip suggested and I still get the error. I have contacted Crossover with an error report and they say it is not a Crossover issue.
Can you please refer this error to your senior technical support - please note (again) the details I have provided in an earlier post. I am very disappointed with the support provided on this forum.
