The lobby remodel is nice, but the elevators need serious work - the lights would go off again and again, but no car would arrive.

When I checked out, internet was on my bill. The manager I asked to remove it said I should have chosen internet as a Platinum amenity - he insisted that it was only free for Plats if taken instead of amenity points, but he took it off "as a courtesy".
