Born/raised in Seattle, however after high school I spent close to 2 years down in FL panhandle and Alabama. I miss Waffle House. Is it the best food out there? definitely not. But its fast, tastes pretty good, has lots of grease. What isn't there to like about it ? I've actually recommended it to a few people when I hear they are or are planning to visit any of the southern states. Once on a trip is enough, but I still try to hit one up every time I go down.
