Did anyone else receive that limited time Mobile App check-in promotion? It came up on my phone I think. I was already using the Mobile Check-in so of course I did it again. I have not received any points yet.

I was just wondering because right after I received that message the app malfunctioned for a bit and then came back up.

I also checked in yesterday for today and received my room ready message this morning. I don't really care about room upgrades when traveling without the family. This mobile Check-in allows me to just grab my keys and go.

Also I have been recognized by the front desk and they have excused themselves for a second to just hand me the keys. They already know I want the points.

I'll called CS and was told that the promotion was from the 1st to the 7th of Oct. My only use was on the 1st and I have to wait the six to eight weeks since I don’t actually remember when I signed up.
