I don't know the answer, but you can certainly go to southwest.com, and see what gates today's flights are using at MDW.
That brings up another question: At what point does Southwest post gate information for flights? This trip isn't until mid November, so I doubt they'll have any information on it today, but a week out perhaps? Two days? Just wondering.

You can also have a longer layover at MDW by booking the BOS-MDW and MDW-ABQ flights as separate one-ways. This might cost more, however.
Never thought of booking them separately. I'll have to think about that the next time I fly.
