I'm currently in Australia and have been using my avios points to fly around the country while on vacation here. I've been taking the vacation with an unplanned approach so I'm only booking flits when I'm sure where I want to go. My next plan is to fly from Cairns to Ayers Rock and there is lots of space remaining on the qantas flight but the BA online system is not recognizing the Ayers Rock airport code. So I tried calling the executive club number to do the booking, however I'm calling through Skype and when I try to enter touchtone numbers it fails to work and then eventually drops me out of the call. I was able to reach BA UK however they can not do the booking for me due to my North American address.

So I'm wondering if anyone knows a possible solution or if there is a number I can call that wouldn't require touchtone.
