Severely limited flying options. Seems like there some destinations to UK, but no Business Class, and Economy Plus seats.

I'm trying to make Hawaii work, and shorthaul to Seattle is only 9K return. There are plenty of California availability and options from AA, but will cost 25K Avios per seat for return.. the same cost as going Florida with AE points. But.. If I get 50% bonus on MR transfers to Avios, then the California option would make sense with Avios.
