If you re-booked this as a RT (which would require a fee), you would be allowed to do this (given one open-jaw and one stopover).

As two one-ways, the stop at CDG would not be allowed.

It may or may not be cheaper to re-book with the associated fees, than it would to buy a cheap one-way BCN-CDG on Vueling or Air France or another LCC.
