Contact for AC Customer Service (other than email)
Is there any way to talk with Air Canada's customer service other than by email / fax. I had a minor issue, but these generic and unuseful canned email responses are very frustrating. I'm 35k and it was a full fare J class ticket I'm contacting them about.
(and if it isn't possible to talk to a human, maybe it should be if you are paying for J?!)
