1) Offer POUG's to us regional flyers.

2) The glitch in MMB regarding booking references doesn't seem to work and I always have to enter it manually. Maybe I am using the wrong browser? (IE) (I know, I know, first world problems)

3) Bronze and then Silver Card holders to board before any GCH's which will encourage these flyers to spend more with BA.
