I don't think AA will be "trashed" like UA was/is. There is a lot of emphasis on product and service quality and far less bean counting. I think AA will go the path DL has paved, i.e. solid reliable operation and predictable service and product. Unfortunately, I also think AA will go and HAS ALREADY begun to go the DL way with respect to devaluing elite levels and slashing program benefits. UA cannot do the same because they screwed up the integration so badly and are still running a sub average operation.
