The trip is not on the same ticket, so I will need to visit the TG checkin as well. But think this can be done at the transfer side. I know it is a tight schedule and based on no delays upon arrival. I will try to catch a few minutes extra by using the fast track transfer service by golf buggy.
I would avoid heading out street side with a fast track service and would take my chances with the Int-Dom immi queue at the A/B/C/D confluence.

If you do use a service (and head street side) you'll need to hand over your checked bag tags at the counter* and, upon arrival in HKT, be prepared to argue with ground staff that you did arrive on an international connection and hence need to access the International baggage claim and NOT the domestic claim where they will try to shunt you.

*This is the crux of the issue as you'll need to check in 45 min prior to scheduled departure to ensure your bags are transferred. If you use the transfer desk/transfer security you've got a much better chance to meet that deadline (or have it waived).
