give him the perspective of someone relatively new to regularly flying BA, which echoes the sentiments of many here:

1) unbelievable that there isnt a 24 hour cs line.

2) every time I read the word "enhancements" I think BA thinks we're idiots.

3) oh my god the WT+ seats are uncomfortable
