YMMV but BA treats me just fine in CW. Don't know about the back. They have an inferior F product so I never bother with it but the CW hard and soft product are still excellent-- especially on the 747 upper deck.

I think EK 380 J hard product is superior to BA CW but not the other acft types. And EK soft product is better overall, but I think BA is very good too.
