When you purchase LDW, which is not insurance, you will not be held responsible for loss of or damage to the Hertz car, provided the loss or damage was not the result of any prohibited use of the car under the Rental Agreement or as otherwise provided by applicable law. Prices vary by location and car class. Pricing of LDW for a specific rental will be provided at time of reservation.
