Palermo
I will be in Palermo for a conference arriving in a Tuesday afternoon. The conference doesn't begin until 16:00. Any suggestions on what to do? I will be alone.

On a side note my Great Grandfather was born in Messina. Would be fun to go see the area but it looks like it isn't practical for the available time I have.
