I know they refund tax portion, but am not certain about the YQ portion. Anyone knows? Of course they usually also impose a cancellation fee depending on fare conditions.
When I cancel a KF mileage redemptions the Tax + YQ comes back (minus a cancellation fee) and the miles get redeposited. However, on a non-refundable ticket I'm not sure and SQ's own website leaves you none the wiser.
