my company is MSP-based. They book solely through Delta and solely through Hilton. They only exception is that sometimes we dont get Hilton or subsidiaries if we travel somewhere where the Hilton properties are more limited or "too expensive" (to the company). We train people on a some specific products so there is a specific margin the company must attain on each sold class for them to ALWAYS follow the travel policy.

They use the benefits we earn from both programs as a "benefit" of the position. We keep all miles and hotel points for our own personal use. The only real caveat is that some of us travel for 28-34 weeks per year and so we dont end up using the miles/points because when we take time off, we'd rather be home. LOL
