Edited post based on info from an earlier flight:

I have noticed this detail when you click on the delta.com upgrade list:
Passengers awaiting seat:
## revenue*
## non-revenue
In that case the nonrev (NRSA) appeared last on the list.
*IIRC this may also include confirmed pax w/out a seat assignment (vs. standby) who would show on the internal list 'before' upgrades, but not with higher priority nor would they necessarily be upgrade eligible per their coding. (Hope that makes sense.)

On the app, the NRSA showed up as Standby, listed separately below the upgrade list.

On GIDS nonrevs (NSRA) would be on the standby list then on the cleared list if cleared. They would not appear on a GIDS upgrade list, although on the cleared list they may show as cleared into a seat assignment in F...after all Medallion upgrades would have cleared if processed correctly.

NRPS (nonrev positive space, i.e. holding a confirmed seat in coach) may appear on a GIDS upgrade list if eligible for a Positive Space upgrade. They should be listed after all Medallions on the list.
