I am guessing that you have a transborder flight and somehow the OLCI think you are a non-status PAX, hence try to state 0 allowance.

I would just select 0 for now, finish the OLCI, then when you go to Airport and drop your bag off, they should not charge you while you show the agent the E50K card.
