Highly unlikely. Flat beds on A320/321 aircraft are a rarity. QR didn't initially order them with such seating, so why would they now, mid-game, suddenly change their minds?

A320/321 aircraft are deployed on comparatively shorter sectors (mid-haul, at most) so you won't have to "suffer" in the seat for too long.
