Just to add to some of the data points in this thread:

Applied - 10/14
Conditionally Approved - 10/15
Interview - 10/16 (Walk-in)

The Washington DC enrollment center in the Reagan building is outstanding! Incredibly friendly CBP officers and they "love" walk-ins.
