Hello all,

I have to fly to DC in the first week of November from Cleveland and I currently have around 60000 avios and a similar number of United miles sitting in my accounts. I read on several blogs that Avios is good for short haul flights. I tried the Avios calculator and the route it took my through was really complicated (CLE-CHI-DC). Didn't try other routes.

Please advise. Thanks in advance.
